Special Orders. If you are looking for a piece of art which is not on our site, please email us at requests@ArtsPerfect.com. Give us the artist's name and the title of the piece (or as much information as you can) and we will use our resources to locate it for you.
Payment Methods. Paying with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) is the quickest and most convenient option for purchase. Simply enter all of your information through the secure checkout process on our site. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Credit card authorization is made when you place your purchase. If you wish, you may also choose to use your Paypal account to complete the transaction on Paypal's secure server.
It's also easy to call our toll-free number to place your order. First, proceed to Checkout and enter all of your shipping and billing information. Choose 'Provide your payment information over the telephone' as your method of payment and complete the transaction to receive your order number. To pay for your purchase, call 888-728-7771 (Monday — Saturday 10am to 6 pm, Eastern Time) with your name, order number, and credit card information. Working with our ArtsPerfect team members, it usually only takes a few minutes to locate and verify your order.
Site Security. Shop at ArtsPerfect with complete confidence that all the information you transmit to us is secure and is kept strictly confidential. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is fully encrypted and 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
Sales Tax. Sales tax is added on to orders shipped to North Carolina regardless of where the purchase originates. At this time, all other orders do not incur sales tax.
Risk of Loss. All products purchased from ArtsPerfect.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon your successful receipt of the item from our carrier.
Return and Refund Policy. All framed art from ArtsPerfect is carefully inspected and guaranteed to be delivered to you ready to hang and in excellent condition. If there is any shipping damage, call us immediately (within 3 days at most). PLEASE DO NOT dispose of the item or the packaging materials, as they will be inspected by our carrier to determine the cause of the damage. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible. If the item you receive is not what you ordered, inform us within 5 days of your receipt of the goods. Call our customer service at 888-728-7771 (Monday — Saturday 10am to 6 pm, Eastern Time) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and packing instructions. Once we receive the item from you, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
To prevent breakage, you must use the original packing materials to repack - no other means of packing will be accepted. Write the RMA number on the return label. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the purchase price for your art but does not include any additional expedited shipping costs you may have selected when you made your purchase.
Delivery Information. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Pricing. Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of any applicable tax. Prices are correct at time of publication but errors and omissions are excepted.
Craftsmanship and Materials. ArtsPerfect uses the same materials and procedures used in all the best custom framing studios and galleries. We use high quality finished mouldings that are made from many substrates, including solid wood or the latest composites.
We use the same type and brand of ph-balanced matting materials that all the other professional custom framers use. The use of proper mat board is very important to protect your print's longevity. Unlike certain other companies, we would never use inferior matting papers or cores which would damage your artwork over time.
To eliminate breakage during shipping, we provide UV-inhibiting acrylic plexiglass instead of regular glass to protect your artwork. The type of acrylic glazing we use has excellent optical clarity and is stronger and safer than glass. It offers better UV (ultraviolet) light protection than standard glass. With less UV light getting through to your art, the colors and inks used in the image will not fade and you can be confident your purchase will look great for many years to come.
For your information, 'glazing' is the word used to describe the clear material that covers the front of your art to protect it. Acrylic glazing is also a superior choice (especially if used in a children's room) because of its light weight. Structural integrity is improved and your artwork stands a better chance of surviving a fall if an accident should occur. Virtually every custom framing gallery and studio charges more for acrylic glazing, but ArtsPerfect includes optically clear acrylic glazing for no additional charge. We are determined to provide all our customers with the best, safest options available.
Professional mounting of all Open Edition Art is done on premium foam core mounting board, not inexpensive cardboard as many low-end framers use. With properly mounted artwork, there is no need to worry about "wrinkling" as is often seen in the artwork at the big box discount super stores. Mounting on premium foam core adds permanent strength to the print and leaves a smooth surface finish (no wrinkles) as well.
We seal the backs of all framed art with a dust cover, the same as is done for all professionally custom framed artwork. The heavy paper backing helps to protect from elements like dust, fumes or even insects that could damage your art over time.
Strong, heavy gauge picture wire is attached to the backs of finished framed art so it is complete and ready to hang on the wall. Picture hooks are also provided at no additional cost.
