Order Processing. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for fulfillment of custom framed orders. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified immediately. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live.
Shipping. ArtsPerfect's primary shipper is United Parcel Service. In order to facilitate rapid delivery times, orders are sourced and shipped based on our fulfillment partner's proximity to the customer. Additional costs may apply for shipments delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada - please call for details. Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or other international addresses. All the items we sell are packaged in custom fabricated cartons to provide superior protection during transit from our facilities to you.
Expedited Shipping. If you want or need an order delivered faster, just select the 'expedited' shipping option from the Shipping Options shown before finalizing your order - the additional cost shown will apply. Please note that choosing a faster shipping option only decreases shipping time - faster shipping will not decrease the time necessary to custom-assemble and package your order. If no options for faster shipping appear for your item in the Shipping Options menu, they are not available.
Shipment Tracking. Your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Packages shipped by UPS can be tracked by visiting http://www.ups.com/us/ and entering the tracking number to learn the status of your shipment.
